Later, Marko Sabolic joined us – an enthusiast for extreme sports, skater, snowboarder, photographer and adventurer with a sharp eye for the beauty of movement and light. With him, KarpaSailing got a new dimension: artistic, explosive and free -spirited. His passion for visual story and life outside the stereotype fits perfectly into our mission.
Today, we three – Bojan, Ivan and Marko – we stand together behind KarpaSailing. Not as a business, but as a call. A call to everyone who wants to experience sailing, to experience real freedom of the sea, to dive, travel and create memories that do not fade.
KarpaSailing is not just a platform for renting ships. It is your escape from everyday life. That’s the voice of the long-standing adventure. That is us – and that is you, when you decide to climb a deck.

About Us
Our story started deeply below the surface of the sea.
In 1959, Tome Mihajlovski – pioneer of diving in then Yugoslavia – founded the diving club “Corals” in Skopje. His love for the depths and life near the water inspired generations of enthusiasts, creating a community that celebrates nature, discipline and freedom the sea brings.
In 1996, we – Bojan Boskovski and Ivan Mirkovski – we met Tome. It wasn’t an usual getting to know someone. It was the first step towards a life odyssey. With his sailing stories, for the ship that was a copy of Joze Horvat’s riverbed, for life spent equally above and below the surface of the Adriatic Sea – Tome taught us to breathe for the sea. Soon we became part of Corals, diving, learning, living for that quiet adventure.
In 2005, in Pula, we became diving instructors. But the image of the glider, which cuts through the horizon as long as the sun goes, never left us.
In 2007, KarpaSailing was born – first as an idea, then as a small glider Catalina 22 on Lake Ohrid, and soon as a true boat roadmap through the Adriatic Sea, Aegean Sea, Ionian Sea, Sardinia, Sicily – and even the Caribbean. From every bay we carried a new story. From every storm – a new lesson. From every sunset – a new inspiration.
